Olivia Brierley
Pilates teacherOlivia Brierley is the founder of The Mindfulsoul studio and is passionate about supporting and educating others about women’s health.
Olivia is as a Level 3 Pilates instructor and has become the go-to Pilates instructor in London known for her unique style of teaching.
Olivia’s philosophy stems from the significant lack of understanding around women’s health and believes everyone deserves better access to education and resources to support both physical and mental wellbeing. People have been served unhealthy and misleading myths around wellbeing – the all too familiar detox diets, skinny teas and food fads. Olivia believes we need to be educated on the importance of movement, our menstrual cycles and pelvic health.
For years it’s assumed in the health and wellness industry that what works for the male body also works for the female. Women are offered pink versions of mens exercise and and are served up the same type of training. Olivia wants to create a female focused approach to physical and mental well-being.
