Terms for the Purchase of The Mindfulsoul Studio by Olivia Brierley

These terms and conditions apply to the sale of any Mindfulsoul Studio product. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a membership. For purchases via our website, by clicking on the “Accept” button, you agree to the terms of this agreement which will bind you. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must cease to continue to purchase any Services from us.

These Terms govern your use of our Services, including all functionalities, features, streaming content, audio, visual, written media, PDF, website links and user interfaces, and all content and software associated with the services as provided by us. These Terms, including all documents referenced herein, represent the entire understanding between us and you regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior statements or representations. 

Your conduct

The Services may be used only for lawful purposes which is limited to streaming and viewing the Services products, images, content and videos. We specifically prohibit any other use of the Services.

Username/Password/Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information as it relates to the Services, including your username and password, and are responsible for all uses of your username and password whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your username and password.

Cancellation and Variation

If you have purchased a Mindfulsoul Membership, and have already accessed, downloaded all or part of the Service and/or started to use that Service, then you shall have no right to receive a refund of your order.

Fees

The Fees for the Service shall be as set out on the Website at the time you placed an order for them. Unless otherwise specified at the time you purchase the Service, the Fees are inclusive of VAT and other local taxes. The monthly fee for the Service selected by you on the Website shall be debited from your credit / debit card. If you sign up and your free trial ends on the 9th of the month and you are charged your monthly payment, your auto-renewal charge will remain on the 9th for each. subsequent billing. The same goes for 3-month memberships – if your free trial ends on August 10th 2024 your auto-renewal date will be November 10th 2024.  Any fees charged by your debit or credit card provider in connection with your purchase of the Service are for your own account and Olivia Brierley shall not be responsible for these. You shall be responsible for all costs you incur in connection with your access onto any service on this website.

Health & Safety Disclaimer 

To take part in movement you must be in good physical health. If you’ve been told on health or medical grounds that you should not take part in physical activity and sport, then you won’t be able to join in with our classes live or on demand. To take part in any classes in a safe way, you must make sure that the area you use is suitable. (A flat surface, spacious enough for the type of activity and clear of any obstacles).

By using the Services – whether live or pre-recorded videos – you agree that it is your responsibility to be aware of your own capabilities and do what you are comfortable with. Medical advice should be sought if you have any doubt. We do not take responsibility for injuries or damages you may suffer by using any of our Services save if caused by our negligence. The Mindfulsoul Studio Services are not specifically tailored for pre or post natal pilates or specific conditions unless specified.
